For quality assurance and sentiment analysis, anonymous samples of conversations may be used to assist in ensuring high quality services. Any conversation with our A.I virtual agent is dis-aggregated and logged with a secured third part service provider. We cannot personally identify the user unless the user chooses to sign in to a requested service or chooses to identify themselves in text or voice during the conversation with our virtual agent. We strongly recommend users be mindful of their environment and what they choose to share! We have intentionally designed our processes such that the only personally identifying data that we collect is the data you choose to share.

Any personally identifying data that we need to collect to serve our clients is encrypted and stored in an encrypted and/or multi-factor authenticated password protected archive on secure devices and secured cloud services. Your data may be transmitted into or out of Barbados and may be stored both in and out of Barbados. 

Our virtual agents do not request or require any credit card number, social security number, passport number nor personal ID number. Should you be asked for any of these, discontinue use of the agent and notify us immediately at admin@bottribeai.com.

Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
